Olive oil Drobnica is an extra virgin olive oil compressed by cold pressing the green fruit, immediately after picking. Drobnica is an autochthonous Croatian olive variety. The oil is characterized by extreme spiciness and mild bitterness. Recommended with grilled fish, meat and pasta.
