The wine Grk Sur Lie is produced from a specific Croatian white variety Grk originating from the island of Korčula. Dry white wine produced by fermentation in an oak barrique barrel and aging on fine lees.
The result is a superb wine with a rich body, creamy and drinkable. Complex aromatics are emphasized in the wine Grk Sur Lie. Fruity and herbal varietal aromas such as: dried Mediterranean flowers, birch and tropical fruits are intertwined, as well as buttery and toasted aromas from oak barrels with a touch of vanilla and spices at the end. It is characterized by a long finish and mild minerality.
Gastronomic recommendation: oysters, tuna carpaccio, shrimp, grilled fish.
