D’Oro Nobile Madirazza Vinery
D’Oro Nobile Madirazza is the golden feather of our white wines.
It was created by blending two of the most valued autochthonous southern Dalmatian varieties of white grapes, Pošip and Grk. It was aged for three months in the finest French oak.
Creamy, complex and refined, intense aromas of bread, butter and nuts with a refreshing fruity note of pear and green apple.
Great white wine for special and unforgettable moments. Serving temperature recommendation 10 – 12 C.

D’Oro Nobile Madirazza is the golden feather of our white wines.

Madirazza Bofori wine collection: Wines inspired by the wind
Dingač Tramontana 6BF is a wine characterized by cherry notes from the compote, followed by aromas of soft, dried prunes and figs, a little macchia and just a hint of dark chocolate.
Dingač, which has balsamic notes in its finish, is a mature, finely granulated tannin. The taste repeats the impressions from the nose with a slightly more pronounced balsamicity and a long finish.
Serve with dishes such as steak or lamb chops.
Bofori collection Madirazza Winery: Wines inspired by the wind
Dingač Tramontana 6BF is a wine characterized by cherry notes from the compote, followed by aromas of soft, dried prunes and figs, a little macchia and just a hint of dark chocolate.

Plavac Madirazza Pet Nat is the first Pet Nat produced in Croatia from the plavac mali grape variety.
It is characterized by a rich body and pronounced aromas of sour cherries, cherries and plums. It has a rustic character, somewhat more robust, and at the same time fruity sparkling which contributes to freshness.
Pet Nat wines are naturally sparkling unfiltered wines. Unlike sparkling wines that undergo double fermentation, Pet Nat ferments only once and partially in the bottle. That is why in Pet Nat Pošip Madirazza we notice bubbles and sediment which together give the wine a specific texture and complexity in taste.

The smell of black berries, ripe tannins and mild minerality with delicate spices give this wine an experience of elegance and a beautiful fruity finish that lasts.
We recommend serving it with venison, brudet, pashticada, prosciutto, spicy fatty fish, roast goose and duck or beef steak.

Gastro preporuka: čokoladni souffle, knedle sa šljivama, pita od jabuka.
Dolce White white dessert wine (predicate) produced from dried grapes of the Rukatac and Kuč varieties. Zlatnožute boje, uljaste teksture i naglašenih aroma marelice, breskve, meda i kandiranog voća.
Suitable for pairing with traditional desserts such as Dubrovnik rožata or dry cookies with almonds.

Dolce White bijelo desertno vino (predikatno) proizvedeno od prosušenog grožđa sorti rukatac i kuč. Golden yellow color, oily texture and accentuated aromas of apricot, peach, honey and candied fruit.
